	1937 Ark-Les Switch Corporation was founded in 1937 to supply the ever expanding automotive industry’s demand for switch components.
	1943 President Malcolm F. MacNeil was awarded by the Army & Navy the prestigious E Flag for outstanding production of war time materials.
	1951 Ark-Les Corporation developed and patented the original design of the “quick connect”. It is the most widely used solderless terminal in the industry and can be found world wide in wire connecting products.
	1960 Stoughton Massachusetts facility was established in order to expand the quick connect product and stamp components for the switch division as well and today is capable of producing millions of precision stampings a day.
	1986 Ark-Les Corporation expanded it’s switch offering and production capacity with the acquisition of the slide switches division of Stackpole. This acquisition also included manufacturing facility in Juarez Mexico Assembly Facility Services all divisions (Specializing in labor intensive products) TS16949 Certified 60,000 SF UL Certified lab 6-Sigma Black Belts
	1996 The Company moved its headquarters in Watertown, MA to Stoughton, MA. Ark-Les Corporation represents a unique blend of capabilities & facilities with the capacity to turn out millions of precision parts a day. Much of its capability is devoted to the design and fabrication of custom parts and electrical assemblies for customers with specific needs.
	1998 Ark-Les expanded once again with the acquisition of US Controls enabling Ark-Les to provide the appliance industry with complete solutions to their design challenges. Design center for switch, coil & actuator products ISO 9001 certified 70,000 SF UL certified lab 5 6-sigma Black Belts; 2 PE’S, 3 ASQ CQE’s
	1998/1999 Established assembly facility in DongGuan City China making Ark-les truly a Global Manufacturer. The facility services all divisions and specializes in labor intensive products. TS16949 Certified 30,00SF Purchasing center for Asian tooling and components
